everything is already on the latest not worth to try fixing this pc

What hardware do you have? It really should not run at 10fps. Maybe try deleting windows and installing Linux instead that could boost your fps

Unless your computer is older than 2010 it shouldn't be a hardware issue

Its from 2009 i got it for free last year

@Smilley try enabling VSync on your game config, it worked for me in a old computer

i did try it but didnt work

maybe you need to restart the game after enabling VSync

otherwise, a task manager report (ctrl-shift-esc) would be helpful - is the RAM, CPU saturated? high GPU usage?

I just undusted some 4Gb dual core machine I inherited 14 years ago. And am stuck in loading the client screen since 5 minutes. Have to go now xd
