Theas 3 keep baning me evrytime i join server

you have to contact the moderator of each server. Teeworlds itself does not own servers

only the server owner and its own moderators are able to do anything

And any chance you could tell me why i cant find half of server. Like i know there ar 1000+ servers but for lest week i only get 500 if lucky an most of them are with 300ping

probably you lose packets/poor internet connection? it's not normal to have 300ping on most servers
