listen I am no specialist, but that uhh looks like the ddnet client and not vanilla 0.6 and ddnet source is probably too different to anyone not familiar with it to help you... 😅 I guess you might find someone who does though?

0.6 is end-of-line, so this can only be fixed by some workaround in the ddnet client

many look like map loading, so any server sending a specially crafted map can trigger them

tbh, it most likely would be a client issue.

yeah map loading has nearly no sanitization at all. the smallest I could manage was a 48 byte map causing a segmentation fault

if you change how map layers work you break compatibility with everything (and I don't see why you'd do that)
