When you get stuck, is the only option to restart?

if u are stuck in freeze yes you are usually dead

there is a practicing mode -> /team 1-63 -> /lock -> /practice -> /rescue

imo this should be easier. /practice -> forces you into a random empty team and locks it and enables practicing.(does not exist) (edited)

but both have pros and cons, especially when you want to practice in a team.
