We are currently facing a major incident in our DataCenter of Strasbourg with a fire declared in the building SBG2.
Firefighters were immediately on the scene but could not control the fire in SBG2.
The whole site has been isolated, which impacts all our services on SBG1, SBG2, SBG3 and SBG4.
If your production is in Strasbourg, we recommend to activate your Disaster Recovery Plan.
All our teams are fully mobilized along with the firefighters.
We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.

Update 5:20pm. Everybody is safe. 
Fire destroyed SBG2. A part of SBG1 is destroyed. Firefighters are protecting SBG3. no impact SBG4.

if master1 was in sbg2 then it's now a cooked master1

@Deleted User @gerdoe As you have already mentioned, Master 1 is located in SBG. To be more precise, it is in SBG1, which has been partially damaged according to the first information. Due to the situation, we have put a disaster recovery plan in place for Master 1. Until the situation in SBG is resolved, we are hosting a replacement server in London. (edited)
