Cursor in local time reset with a fixed version value, as a result the Cursor never updates. Used the last character of the timer as version, since the right most digit of minutes always changes when minutes changes. (unless we have a leap minute thing, but luckly we don't) Also made the text center align so custom font can still be aligned properly.
