Currently the refresh button just clear the entire list and re-adding entries after retrieving each. Although this make perfect sense, I feel like sometime I just regret hitting the refresh button and have to wait for a server to pop-up again so I can join. Can we: 1. keep the list. 2. remove ones that are missing from master.
