Since weapon bar is highly requested, should we add an event in 0.8 protocol for sending owned weapons? I think a flag int is enough.

In 0.7 a message like this would not ping the player, in 0.6 it did: Hello, how are you fokkonaut? I believe in 0.7 there cant be any character after the word itself. Didn't test vanilla 0.6, just DDNet
