If I unforward the port, then the server says "server registered" but doesn't actually appear in the server list

cuz you didn't specify a public port on your router, so your router should have a default option to choose a random destination port

I share my IPv4 with lots of other people and my ISP doesnt allow me to use specific ports

ISP told me it's because I was in a CGNAT and they'll get me out. I hope it works then.

ISP actually told you you were in a CGNAT? The customer service for my ISP wouldn't even know what a CGNAT is
