why should you care if a flag is dropped on a base?

usually there should be a defender in CTF guarding the flag ideally touching it and blocking incomers (edited)

and it's such a rare situtation (flag precisely on a base) compared to killing some enemy that nobody should care about this +1 score (edited)

A defender shouldn’t always retrieve it back btw, especially in tight games where every touch matters

0.7 bug i think

0.7 moved some string to client for translation i guess

@noby yeah you need to send only the name of the client now

maybe slice the vote message before send to 0.7 clients

but i think i'll restore all the codes with updated text calls without fancy cahcing. lineinput, chat and console needs rework, but I think that should be a separate PR
