depends, if you've done a ddnet map that you want to publish, you should go on ddnet's discord & ask them, for there if you want to test out your map you should make a server

you double click on the teeworlds_srv.exe is the easiest way.

I dunno where the game is installed if you use the ubuntu "store". so in any case you can download it and unzip it on your desktop

You can put the map in either data/maps or config_dir/maps
