DDNet client could adopt the new token protocol and keep the old one for backwards compatibility, but the low level networking code already looks like shit because of the bridge code and the 0.6 vanilla support

you could add a "high load" message in the future indicating that the server doesn't send all infos

Well 0.6 people are used to the behaviour by now and by far the best solution would be to have http masters that also send the serverinfo

discord api != discord client

It tries to sync all characters and entities in the world, so it shows the predicted position of the projectiles

bit bad when that happens

downside is that the projectiles seem to appear for away from the tees with high ping

Mostly because some parts of the vanilla community stayed in 0.6 because of missing antiping

for gctf/zcatch

i'll add rocket jump and gunfire prediction (your own projectiles will spawn immediately like in ddnet) that should be enough for vanilla+gctf/zcatch
