im helping another friend to setup a server and its not working

he was trying to open a ddnet server, but it didnt work, to be sure i was gonna send him the teeworlds vanilla files, but i cant even access the website

could be a number of issues it's hard to guess

one of my friends (first one to try) is from Chile, we tried with different port configurations, restarts, different IPs, and nothing

that's not the first time I ~~know~~ hear about this, but I don't know what causes it (edited)

this friend is from Brasil, tried UDP, TCP, BOTH, just in case, and tried 4 different ips, and still nothing, this is becoming weirder and weirder
