Scroll scoreboard to top when selecting different server (closes #2578). Scroll details scoreboard to left as well.
Add constants for sidebar tab indices.
Fix FontSize constants where the original value was never used.
Use existing constant TextHightlightColor for the scoreboard as well.
Remove the highlight text outline color from the scoreboard. Also remove unnecessary resets of text outline from the places where the highlight outline color was already removed previously.
