After playing teeworlds for a long time people keep playing the same map (ctf5/ctf4_old) all time over and over again. So the idea is to add a mapvote at the end of the game where a list of votable maps is where you can vote every map except the current one. A lot of games do this already like CS:GO. This would hopefully make people play the same two maps over and over again. We currently have a maprotation, which is fine, but nobody uses it.

Add a note when using the hisper feature to inform the user that it isn't a private message and could be read/logged by the server admin.

Make it possible to disable the whisper feature within the client and block all linked communication.
