not on ddnet, there is a connlimit, so you need a few more fast reconnects

I mean maybe disconnecting before a connection is actually established? Haven't looked at the protocol there, but might be like spamming the token handshake?

It is possible to only add the connlimit tho, but i suggest also adding the netlimit
