Internet entries are being added to the LAN server list if their server info is received after the second refresh ------ 1. Launch client to server browser with last selected tab being LAN 2. Refresh while the automatic internet refresh is still running 3. Internet entries are being added to the LAN server list, the internet server list stays empty

See images: I think half fps is pretty significant I tested it on gCTF, since it uses all server-command slots !default !lowfps

in order to implement latency adaptive dynamic camera ranges, it might be the first step to prevent the zoom exploit. adaptive dyn cam "field of view" might be based on the ping/latency of clients
