I always found this very annoying, because the ids are very big and i only use them as an admin to get client ids faster than using status command. therefore scoreboard is enough for me in most cases. I find them very distracting in the name plate and therefor want to disable them.

Also adds support for smaller scrollbars by making the handle size relative to the slider size.
