is it intended that when you enter a server command in chat (like /top5 in race), you cant resend that line by pressing the up arrow key after?

you can, but have to press escape first

my thing was that you can generally sometimes not go up to the last message, there am Esc fixes it

Right now, sv_map_download_speed defaults to 2: https://github.com/teeworlds/teeworlds/blob/e4ac6664c4f7450f61a55203923b3cf2d734ce14/src/engine/shared/config_variables.h#L85 Internet connections got better since, and maybe a saner default should be set. Few servers change this, even though they would benefit from doing so. Log of the chat that sparked the issue:
