Dune, the "correlated to other people grappling" thing? I noticed that when I tend to fall off grappling hooks is when other people are also grappling, if it's a crowded server with 6-8 other grapples going I tend to not even see the grappling hook fully extend, it kind of pokes out a bit and doesn't go all the way out
