Fix #2258 . !image It was not really a bug since the first screenshot in the issue shows a clearly overflowing text at the bottom and @Dune-jr PR fixes overflowing. However it was a bit aggressive in cutting the last line. Since the mapped screen height is constant, it should always look like the screenshot in the maximum line case.

Simple suggestion, please add it like in 0.6. I mean teeworlds lifes from ddrace and gores and we have not this nice function. I heard from dune thats not allowed to add this to any client so its make only sence to add this to the offical teeworlds client..
