read the server info(message of the day) on your problem server. If there is some contact info, use it. if there isn't and nobody can help you here, even after your 10th attempt, I think you will not get helped then.(edited)

Escape is the key on the top left side of your keyboard. when you are connected to a server, press Esc and then press the server info button, which is a button in the teeworlds graphical user interface and then you can read the server info.(edited)
