Added deployment to appveyor, circleci and travicci to enable automatic trunk builds.
os:
- win64
- win32
- unix
- osx (mac)
It adds 4 releases (for each os), which are automatically updated and overwritten by changes in the master branch.
All of this files need changes, because I can't use the OAuth tokens from your github-repository and can't interact with your TravisCi, CircleCI or appveyor account.
The testbuilds only include client and server binaries (currently).
