it seems that the 0.7 master servers can be influenced in such a way, that individual servers can be blacklisted, seemingly banned and or delisted, I guess, especially masterserver 1 and masterserver 3.
I don't know the background, but highly believe that is is possible, as I was told that someone is capable of doing so.
After each round is finished, the game is paused for a few seconds and the scoreboard is displayed. During this time, you can press the emoticon window bind. The window will open, but you can not send any emoticon.
-> The emoticon window bind should be disabled during this period.
I joined a server with dm8 running. The match was ongoing for about 10373 minutes. Everything was fine, except the snow animation. It felt like lower fps.
