you can vote yourself. Auto f4 that.

in special case you vote yourself, you can auto f3

If I'm not mistaken, I have seen ppl do that.

@Assa One could probably collapse the vote panel after a vote (I wouldn't go as far as hiding it)

But for whatever new feature unless it is really immediate just create an issue on github so it can be discussed there before implementation. Oy will usually say/tag when it's ready
