Added a more detailed and teeish looking deadtee icon and also fixed its alignment in the scoreboard. Before !deadtee_old After: !pr_deadtee1 !pr_deadtee2 credits to the gfx team :)

Teeworlds 0.7.3 (as in 0.7.2, on Windows) crashes when I cancel map downloading. Had to remove .map file from AppData folder manually to rejoin & redownload.

Fixes #2121. This reduces churn for Teeworlds development as we regularly change the input files for the nethash generation, and those need to inspected for backward-compatibility anyway. See #2118 for a recent example of a non-functional change that still changed the nethash. In my opinion, this safety check doesn't really help mod developers either, in my experience the first thing the mod changes is to make the nethash a constant.

I did a screen record if that helps. Sometimes it doesnt crash even if I cancel downloadig and reconnect, but it also can crash on first attempt. The annoying thing is, you cant rejoin until you remove the .map file

Chat is memorized, until you send it. If you switch to another chat-mode, the buffer will be cleared

I lied, you still can redownload after some time

"sfx_msg-client.wv", the sound that plays when something is written to the chat, had an annoying click at the end. I removed just the short click at the end and kept the file intact otherwise (lossless edit in Audacity). Tested it with Teeworlds 0.7.3.1 and it plays fine.

I can reliably make it crash on some 0.7.2 modified servers with a 64-bit debug mode windows Teeworlds, but not with Linux or when using some debugging tools, so I cannot provide a trace.
