Add a GetDesktopResolution function, that is called when the screen changes to update desktop information.
Made the gfx_screen slider a button (FSAA-style) to avoid the setting being reset because the screen change puts the mouse on the other side of the slider, resulting in horrible blinking

summary

Two things:

Port rules for desert_main, jungle_main, winter_main
@Sonix- did some improvements to include the 1x1 tiles in the automapper. They are not perfect yet, some 1x1 scenarios don't work well, but still better than with the old rules.

I use the main tilesets very regularly, so they are well tested. I had to test the secondary tilesets for this PR, so here are some screenshots:

I was wrong about https://github.com/teeworlds/teeworlds/pull/1593. It seems like the Windows console still blinks on release builds, so there is no benefit in not having a --console option (@nheir ). It would be nice to have this an option that can be put in settings.cfg, because we have a lot of Windows users that ask for help, and it is difficult to instruct them to start within the console. I am not sure if that really helps because the console will still shutdown quickly... So we w...
