For the scoreboard, server should be able to tell the client what stats to render, how to order them, how many players, etc. This one shouldn't be hard.
As for the chat, a custom color system + popovers such as (but on the chat):

With the New Skilllevel Tags for Servers in the Server List it should also get shown Ingame in the Server info Box. Please Add it There too so everything is clean.

On some menus, you can shrink some submenus to the point where scrolling makes no sense, but the scroll bar is still shown small and you can scroll to move it, but it does nothing obviusly.
I would also make the scrolling "smooth", just like you scroll in your browser.
For some more complex gameplay on maps, I would like to be able to place weapon ammo only.
This gives the ability to place fewer weapons but not reducing the usable ammo overall, creating more and stronger points of interests.
Eventually, this could be reused for #1069

Touchpad input is VERY sensitive in the menu. But I guess this is a personal problem. Don't think anyone really plays this game with touchpad except for development ...(edited)
When using the search bar, the color in the embeded scoreboard is not set back to the correct value.
Currently, it is set back to white, like the scoreboard on the sidebar.
Beware there are 3 colors, white for sidebar, black for embeded one and gray for embeded one when the server is full.

In Teeworlds it is shown in the top-left corner of the game. It is not interrupting the gameplay at all but is still a visible bug.
I've been using the latest version of Teeworlds (0.7.1) and macOS 10.13.6.
