there are two options for scaling I either system scale that is 1080p scaled up to 4k but then everything is blured and washy or I don't system scale but then everything is so tiny it's ridiculous
not really in Inkscape there is an option to make symbols very big sure it make symbols big but keeps everything else still tiny so you end up with a mix of both which is even worst
yeah that was the one option that I mentioned above where the system scales it up to 4k but from a lower resolution upwards which gives me a lil washed out and blury image
all hope goes to the devs of inkscape that they hard code a good scaling solution in the next version

some adobe programs had a similar issue not so long ago but it all got fixed by now

but those are comercialized softwares so there naturaly is more incentive to get 4k and highDPI rdy quick(edited)

Inkscape is free, developed by a handful of voluntaries there is no incentive other than passion at best ..
it's just I've been working with Inkscape for so long now I depend on it xD
