Dude if admins tell you to wait, you have to wait. Multiple tickets will just slow down the process even more. Youre not the only one with a manual review. So stay tight and wait for admins.

Sounds to me that you have multiple accounts already. Since this is not allowed #📖-kog-rulebook it might be the reason for your manual review. Theirfore admins have to check your multiple accounts and delete the irrelevant ones. Cant give you and ETA but thats what i think is going on behind curtains.

At first try to stay calm, stop panicing and running in circles. After you calmed down you should open a ticket in #✉-create-a-ticket (ref category) and add the reff number inside of the ticket
