Depends on what are you stuck on, migrating an account? Maybe logging into the account in game (if this is the case and you play on RUS, check #📢-news )? You have to be a little more specific what the issue is (edited)

there usually is always a reason. Moderator team is sometimes banning with a delay, that can be from 1 day to multiple weeks with delay. If you have broken any rules and someone made a ticket, you will get banned as soon as the mod team sees you online

My friend had the same issue, but it fixed itself by waiting. You can create a ticket if the issue persists!
