Since with the current system all those ranks need to be manually editted and moved out, which takes LONG TIME for just a single rank. There is no "delete" button. You have to go into the code and rewrite it all so it matches, and remove a singular (or multiple) part. Also that doesn't affect points I believe, only the list itself, so it requires more work to do that
