After months and years of inactivity, I returned to play KoG to enjoy with my friends, but as levi says, lately the Russian community has taken over the Chilean servers. On more than one occasion I have been trying to pass a map ONLY and Russians enter to change the difficulty and put an EASY map, in which I can not do anything because they are the majority, as a preventive measure so that they do not ruin a map while we are passing it, if we see that many Russians enter we kick them out because it would not be nice if you are 40 minutes in an Insane map, near the goal and they change the map without you being able to do anything. I think you should take more into account the reason for this situation.
I emphasize that as levi also commented, there are no active moderators in SA and I know that it is not so easy to put someone who is not trusted to moderate an entire community, but it is necessary to have a moderator to control the situation a little more.
I hope a solution can be found soon
Greetings.
For the Moderator part, we have ongoing Mod-applications here: #moderator-applications

Hello everyone, for some time now in Chile we are facing a "problem" as a community (although it is never bad that the number of players increases) and that is that the number of Russian players on the Chilean servers makes it unlivable. What I mean by this is that at this very moment of 8 servers in Chile, 7 are full of Russian players playing easy and only one that concentrates all the Chilean players and when trying to play another mode/difficulty they change the maps or even enter a group to a server and just change the map without caring if there are people playing.
In my opinion the origin of this problem lies in the fact that for the emerging Russian community it is not enough to have a single server without authentication/session and even more so when they are new, they do not have points or the concept of "creating an account", that is why and because there is no active moderator for South America and there is also no presence of moderators from other regions that as a community in order to play we have started to KICK players since they also do not understand if they are asked to go to another server to play THE SAME MAP.
I leave this as a background and resort to this medium since my experience with the ticket methodology has been disastrous. But always keeping in mind that the main idea is focused on finding solutions and not culprits.
Possible solutions:
Leave more Russian servers without login
Select a moderator for Chile (even if it is for a trial period)
Maintain the presence of active moderators in the SA region. (edited)
We have been made aware of that problem and are considering options at this point.
The most likely outcome will be us opening up more RUS-Servers as non Accounted, but it's not settled yet.
There is a veto-option on every Server, so you should atleast be able to prevent mapchanges while far into a map.
Moderators is up to you guys, we won't go around knocking on doors asking if people want to take over that role.
We have ongoing Mod-elections right now: #moderator-applications , where everyone could apply if they wish to
Furthermore CHL Servers had been down for quite a while due to mainly permanent DDos-attacks. It's difficult to maintain a Server-region when we don't really know if it's ever going to properly work.

Current chl servers are always up though, they may receive ddos time to time but they are never down.
As for russians, the obvious response is getting an average of how many accounted servers are empty throughout the course of some days and now you know how many Non Accounted servers you need to put, also the other issue aside from then having less Accounted servers is the registration/migration, we both know that there are dozens of people, mostly russians, trying to register every day and they spam general chat or tickets, Im going to point the obvious here but there’s still no russian tutorial, at least that I can see, in #registration , that’d very helpful to speedup this process and you have plenty of Russian mods in your team so that shouldn’t be any hard to do.
Last thing to mention is something I don’t think would be wanted but is making some CHL servers accounted, 1 or 2, and if someone from the region goes for mod, which I doubt, registration issue shouldn’t be an issue either. At this last point I’m just getting an idea out of the blue so don’t take it too serious due to the fact of lots of chilean players dont want to get involved in registration and don’t care.

A russian Tutorial exist, when I asked Blue when he's going to update the channel I've received the "when you give me the message I should post"-response and I don't have the time to rework it currently
the few active Mods we currently have are doing a lot of work dealing with the ingame stuff, I don't see why said persona can't update the channel himself
