I entered the practice mode, people in the game say so, but I did not enter such a thing, I entered it by mistake, I think that was the reason for the problem.

yeah that's it on practice mode you can't finish the map, the reason is because in practice you can pt where you want and retry part if you failed ect ect , so the game don't allow the user to finish the map when the mode is on

I did not use any additional features, everything was normal.
