I think the server provider cancelled the contract due to high amount of ddos attacks, I am not sure tho.

We have over 350 Tickets at the moment and thats why we cannot have more tickets.

we solved about 10k+ tickets since we switched our ticketsystem to MEE6's ticketsystem
