F4. To be completely honest, the never ending loop of tickets and some unfortunate technical issues makes the process slower and the morale/energy of the moderators low. Also some unlucky timings with vacations/exams/life may increase waiting times more. Basically: Mods/Admins have a life and this is not their job. Other things have priority and their time/energy doesn't always suffice to help on KoG
