Them opening several tickets (different categories)
Them not saying anything after opening a ticket
Them not looking at #registration before doing anything
Them being completely random with their registration/migration, like asking for help in testing section or sending their IP in this chat
Them not trying to understand what to do
Their reply time being insanely high (sometimes it takes so long that we close the ticket)
