first its not first time that it happens, ddos and server reset are annoying, i dont know any ddosers and i dont really know how does ddos work, but i know about server reset. i know that its either a bug or intentional, and if its intentional, only admins/mods can do it. so basically admins have 2 choices, either they will try to find out what happened and this is what they should do or either they are going to do nothing and this means than it was probably intentionnal, and that there is an impostor among them. to continue with admin/mod team, there are a lot of inactive mod that arent playing the game anymore, kinda useless: sometimes i need mods to ban a bot ig or to save a run, so i ping online mods but they arent answering.

second this community is just toxic, after the server reset, we managed to join the server again, and neproiect was trashtalking and being toxic for no real reason (dont say he wasnt). some were already mad because of this server reset, and he just wanted to annoy us even more so i votekicked him. i was just like : if it works ok if it doesnt ok but i wanted to let each other votes without influencing them. he got votekicked, and then i got votekicked for funvoting (lol) but im not really mad because of this. im mad because right after that, nepriect was still being toxic on me like i dont even know him why would he continue ? and like even afeter ill post this message, he will make fun of me, and mixi will as well. so basically to avoid that the only things i can do is write this message, i can also stop playing with big teams and just try to be better sol

I read that and there's not much to do to stop DDoS attacks since this game is open source, any connection is a valid connection so can't filter/defend really. Best we can do is have VPN filters so we can get rid of some and at least punish them after. Server resets/restarts are as far as I know always publicly announced and planned and Avo checks servers and warns users before doing them so I don't think it was from our side, and any client side bugs is out of our hands since we are not the developers of the client.
