You can open 1 and wait until u get answered, im pretty sure moderation team works hard and trying their best but u have to know there is many people opening tickets to migrate their accounts, spamming tickets and closing recent tickets will get your ticket to last place

So therefore i save the time for them and close the ticket when i am not available... isn't a thing being rude or anything. It's just to think ahead and be helpful in the way you possibily can. Yeah ur opinion is right but as i said they can answer ur ticket lately beacuse there is so many tickets to answer so if u close it and open a new one ur ticket will get to last place
