Please create a ticket using #✉-create-a-ticket and explain your situation in there, people do not get banned for no reason, so creating a ticket will allow for a moderator to explain the situation :D

The system is a bit confusing I agree, but that’s okay, I can help guide you through the process if you like :D Your account being pre-claimed is good, it means that there haven’t been any errors and that no one else is using that name :D What you need to do now is go to #✉-create-a-ticket and choose registration, currently there are a lot of tickets so if you get an error of some sort don’t worry about it and just try again in a little while, after creating the ticket all you need to do is type your name and the fact you are trying to register and any other information that may be beneficial, as said previously there are a lot of tickets so it may take a while for a moderator to come to your ticket so patience is key here. After that is done you are nearly finished :D the video in #registration will be very good to follow, although if you struggle with anything please do come back here and we will help you out, we don’t bite… other than maybe komyu Tyrone and mixi :D

When I log into the Kog server I stay in the monitor and it prints /help login to the chat and redirects me to this dc.
