Well, knowing nothing of the full situation and just going with what you've said here, I've come to this simple conclusion. It appears to have clearly said 1 dollar = 1 shot on his stream. Now you didn't donate 1 dollar, you donated 100$. The deal that was stated only covers the basis of 1 dollar donations. You didn't abide by the rules of the contract so he's not obligated to fullfill his part of the agreement. If you, however, decided to donate 1 dollar, one hundred times, for total of 100$ then that would be a totally different scenario. That being said, I agree. Bowser is a scammer! (edited)

First of all we use ticket system for this. Secondly it was a 86400 second mute which equates to 24 hours. Lastly you were toxic against several players and you continued after I warned you.
