Points are the same except season points drop by 5% per day. Why they are called season points, I don't really know. As far as I know, we ain't got seasons

Could be called temporary or something but that isn't quite as inviting as seasonal points (edited)

Not really. Top 10 are the people with like very few maps unfinished. Some few people sneak past by huge amounts of season points, But that's more rare (edited)

also it would make fixed points worthless and there would be much less incentive to finish unfinished maps
