what does this mean

I think it's a by-product caused by the migration to ddrace servers. Right now it probably only shows your rank conpared to other ranks SINCE the migration happened, i.e. after the server reboots. Could become something interesting in the future, perhaps. Or it might just get deleted, who knows? (edited)
