it's the same rule everywhere. What you do during training is not certified, only during competition like world championship or olympic games do records are certified
Well they do have plenty issues, but it's usually fixed quicker and they also have 100+ servers, spread across different hosting devices and multiple areas so it doesn't affect them as badly. They are also a much bigger community, more staff, bigger "budget" etc. so they can attend to problems more efficiently. Probably plenty of more reasons

There are probably many great solutions they could apply to 99% of KoG's server issues, but it all boils down to if it is manageable, affordable and sustainable
Alas, it is a very small community, their resources including budget and staff is fairly limited. So we can't have too much pressure on them. I mean, it's all gamers doing it on their free time because the like the mod. I don't think anyone is really getting paid here.

I don't know. You'd probably have to ask Devs or Admins for that info. They might not even disclose that to the public or perhaps it's already visible somewhere, I actually have no idea.(edited)
