Afaik only Kog Members get the right to do a veto vote. When they are around 5 minutes into a run (even if they afk but are technically "in a run") they can press f4 to immediatly stop and deny the vote. This privilege is generally not being abused to troll others

still if you speedrun its hard to press f4 without losing speed and focus

they should add auto-votes
