Responsibilities are the same as of every other mod
I think there's a disconnect between the players and the current mods.
Most players I've talked to don't like being bossed around by players they didn't pick to be mods, it feels a bit tyrannical.
I understand the utility of permanent mods though.
My suggestion is that the regional mods are in charge of the day-to-day matters, like the tickets, reports, drama etc.
Then the permanent mods and administrators can focus on the long term vision for Kog.
This means the mods that interact with the players are chosen by the players, and the permanent mods can pull the strings from behind the scenes.
Just giving some feedback from the community side of things ✌️
