They didn't even give an explanation as to why the servers in LATAM were shutdown, they only said DDoS but nothing else. Something in news idk. I thought they would be more transparent with what happens on the servers

We had two options, pay for the excessive traffic limit or cancel the contract. As we dont pay thousands of dollars for spoofed traffic, we agreed with option 2
