first one is just hovering over the tee and hammering straight down to it when you near it(make sure your not too near or else you might get bodybounced from the hammer). As soon you hit the tee u want to go up with it and hammer to unfreeze.
second one is probably easier to hit upwards without getting a bodybounce since your not hovering over it. you start from one side(in this case left) and kinda swing to the tee and beyond. As soon you pass the tee you want to hammer straight down(make sure you hit it centred or else its not flying up) and once again go to it if its in the air and unfreeze
oh and there is one more strategy to do it for tight spaces like 2 tiles. you have to hook in an very sharp angle away from the frozen tee and keep your self very near it. as soon your heightwise almost in the freeze you can hammer it so it should fly just 1tile up and you can hammer again for the unfreeze then(edited)
