As you can see in the past, I think they collect information and another stuff before ban sneaky botters. Take a look to news, it's always written that they've known it for several months

They will get punished but we want to wait until KoG 2.0. As Avo already said they will just bypass the ban and maybe bot again. That won't be possible in the future. All botted times will be deleted aswell.

I dont wanna get too much in detail, but I gathered information about nearly all available kinds of bots during the past months. And public announcements are useless too, because some players using hidden names, so you wouldnt know who it is.

Botting right now is a big problem & thats why KoG 2.0 is built from scratch to collect information in real-time & process this data into a new anti-cheat system. But here we go again, I dont wanna go too much in detail, because counter-measurements could be implemented. KoG 2.0 will be a tough time for botters

And public announcements are useless too, because some players using hidden names, so you wouldnt know who it is.

I hope we will get names later tho
