why did the map hanh_phuc get released? 28 vs 17. sure its above 50%. but I heard things for example that someone cant join kog if he gets 2 f4´s. why dont 17 f4´s do anything here? also votes system on the ingame servers is also like 70/30 or smth.

yes, to join KoG there should be no f4 votes. But for example if we follow this protocol, players will not be able to change map (if there is one f4 troll) (edited)
